摘 要:根据某型在用轿车怠速HC排放实际检测所得样本数据,研究了HC排放的统计规律性,建立了描述这种统计规律性的分布函数模型和分布密度函数模型,计算结果与样本实际检测结果高度吻合。研究提出了修改相应国家汽车排放控制标准的具体建议,并指出应强化I/M制度,以有效地控制在用汽车的排放污染。According to the HC emission sample real tested from the given type passenger car in normal use, the HC emission was researched, and the distribution function model as well as the distribution density function model which delineate the statistical regularity were established also. The result calculated by the established model tallied with the real tested result highly. This research also putted forward the concrete proposal to revise Chinese national standard of controlling vehicle emission, and pointed out that the I/M program should be strengthen in order to control vehicle emission pollution in normal use effectively. The research of this paper will play a very important part in calculating the HC emission data of passenger car accurately, evaluating the pollution caused by passenger car HC emission to atmospheric environment of cities and their suburbs correctly, and revising vehicle emission control laws and regulations.
