南京市地下空间开发与地质环境效应初探

摘　　要：介绍了国内外和南京市地下空间的开发利用情况,阐述了南京市地质环境特征和地质灾害现状。探讨了地下空间开发与地质环境之间的相互作用和影响,提出了地下空间开发中应重视和加强的几个方面。The geological environmental characters, geological hazards and relationship between the underground space exploitation and geological environment in Nanjing city are analyzed, based on the exploitation practice of underground space at home and abroad. The serious geological hazards such as landslide, land subsidence and geotechnical disasters can be caused by the improper influence from exploitation of underground space and circumstances, so, five emphases should be placed on the evaluation in the lights of quality and bearing capacity of the geological environment, scientific planning, reasonable development, powerful supervision to the geological environment and establishment of urban geological environmental database during exploitation of underground space.
