摘　　要：在研究双螺杆食品膨化机螺旋送料的基础上,对双螺杆食品膨化机螺旋的设计理论进行了研究,建立了双螺杆螺旋的基本参数,提出了双螺杆螺旋的设计思路,这对双螺杆食品膨化机的性能及使用寿命是很重要的。On the base of studying the twin screw food extruder transports material ,the paper has studied design theories , and established basic parameters, and put forward a basic train of thought of design for the twin screws. It is very important for the twin screw food extruder to increase the property and life.
