摘　　要：实时Linux(RTAI)是一种免费的、功能强大而广泛使用的实时系统。文章在分析了实时Linux(RTAI)的基本原理的基础上,提出了使用PC+Linux(RTAI)的数控系统实现方法,并在此理论基础上,开发了基于实时Linux系统的数控滚扎机系统,详细介绍了基于实时Linux系统下的数控滚扎机系统软件部分的各个模块的实现及系统总的流程。Real time Linux(RTAI) is a free、powerful and widely used real time system. Base on the Basic principle of real time Linux(RTAI) analysis. The framework and realization of CNC system based on PC+Linux(RTAI) is put forward , CNC Roll Machine system base on the RTAI is developed, Realization of the software part is specially in detailed, and then the execute flow of the software system is introduced.
