摘  要:通过建立杆长制造误差对平面四杆机构轨迹综合精度影响的数学模型,确定了杆长制造误差的敏感系数,分析了杆长制造误差对轨迹综合精度的影响规律。设计实例说明,合理设计四杆机构杆长制造公差,可使机构既满足精度要求又降低制造成本。By means of establishing mathematic model for the influence of synthetic accuracy of track of planar four-bar linkage affected by manufacturing error of bar length, the sensitive coefficient of manufacturing error of bar-length was determined and the law of influence on synthetic accuracy of track affected by manufacturing error of bar length was analyzed. Living example of design shows that reasonable designed manufacturing tolerance of bar-length of four-bar linkage could make the mechanism not only satisfy the requirement of accuracy but also lower the manufacturing cost.
