摘　　要：气象科技型企业是顺应发展需要,在气象事业结构调整中产生的按公司化运行的创收实体。本文分析了该类企业人力资源开发与管理的现状和存在问题,并针对性地提出了对策建议。The meteorological science and technology enterprise is the entity of creating income which complied with the development need and produced in reorganization of the meteorological career and moved according to company. This article analyzed status and existence questions in the development and management of human resources in this kind of enterprise at present, and proposed the countermeasure and proposal.
