摘　　要：介绍了测量半导体材料热电综合特性的实验方法及其实验装置的设计. 该实验用于教学,可以研究不同材料的热电特性,并学习智能化的综合测量和数据处理方法.This paper introduced the experimental method and equipment for measuring the thermal-electric characteristics of semiconductor. The application of this method to teaching will help to study the thermal-electric characteristics of different materials and know the intelligent method of comprehensive measurement and data processing.
