小儿咳喘贴局部毒性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿咳喘贴对实验动物的局部毒性作用。方法:将小儿咳喘贴药饼敷贴于实验动物去毛皮肤处,观察其皮肤用药的急性毒性、局部刺激和过敏反应,并与正常对照组比较。结果:小儿咳喘贴皮肤用药的急性毒性、局部刺激和过敏反应与正常对照组比较无明显差异。结论:小儿咳喘贴对大鼠皮肤无毒性,无局部刺激性,无致敏性。Objective: To observe the local toxicity reaction on the experimental rats with Kechuan plaster. Methods: Pediatric Kechuan plaster was pasted on the experimental rats' skin where the fur was cut. Observed the acute toxicity and local stimulation and allergic reaction, while compared with control group. Results:There was not mark difference between the pediatric kechuan plaster group and the control group on the acute toxicity, local stimulation and allergic reaction. Conclusion:After pasted on the skin, pediatric Kechuan plaster had not caused acute toxicity, local stimulation and allergic reaction. This experiment provided reliable basis for using the plaster in clinic.
