摘　　要：介绍了精练漂白剂GP的性能和工作原理,探讨了它在大豆纤维/棉针织物精练漂白中的用量,精练温度和时间,确定了精练漂白剂GP的用量为1～3 g/L,温度为95℃,时间为40～60min,用该方法精练漂白的大豆纤维/棉针织物毛效好、白度好、失重少,染色均匀.对练漂过程出现的问题也进行了分析,找出原因,提出解决措施.The properties and working mechanism of the scouring-bleaching agent GP (I) was presented,andits use amt. in scouring / bleaching of soybean protein fiber-cotton knitwear and scouring temp. and time were probed. Such fabrics had good capillary effect and whiteness, less wt loss and levelled dyeing when soured and bleached with I at amt. of 1~3 g / L at 95 ℃ for 40~60 min. The problems happening in scouring and bleaching were also analyzed to find out the causes and countermeasures.
