摘　　要：人力资源管理具有伦理属性。图书馆应以伦理为支撑,努力加强伦理建设,积极发挥伦理的人力资源管理职能,实现人力资源管理效益的最大化。Human resource management has ethics attribute. Library’s human res ource management should be based on the ethics. Library should strengthen the co nstruction of the ethics, actively exert the function of ethics of human resourc e management, and realize the maximum of the benefit of human resource managemen t.
