摘 要:以光敏核不育系农垦58S基因源及其衍生的温敏核不育系W6154S和培矮64S,在长日高温条件下分别与农垦58和湘早籼13号杂交,在长日高温条件下对各杂交F2进行单株花粉镜检,分析其育性变化规律,利用不同的育性划分标准对各不育系进行遗传分析,研究遗传背景等因素对杂交F2育性变化规律的影响。结果显示光温敏核不育水稻杂交F2育性分离是很复杂的,其中遗传背景是影响核不育基因表达的重要因素,核不育基因的表达可能受多个不同调控位点的影响,从而各不育基因在不同的遗传背景下表达的程度不同。The Fertility of F 2 of crosses between Nongken 58 S, Pei’ai 64S and W 6154 S which derived from Nongken 58 S, and Nongken 58 or Xiang indica rice No.13, were investigated by the paper under long day and high temperature. By checking their fertility with microscope, their fertility variational rules were analysed and the influences to F 2 of genetic backgrounds were studied. The genetic laws were analysed by using crosses F 2’s fertility variational curves.The results showed the fertility variation of the photo-thermo sensitive cytoblast male sterile rices was very complex. The genetic background was one of the most imporfant factors. Expression of cytoblast male sterile was influenced by different many control sifes. So than each wale sterile genes had different degrees expression on different genetic backgrounds.
