摘  要:利用重组自交系群体——RIL 8群体的131个系为材料,检测和分析了其高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基及亚基组合。结果表明,RIL 8群体Glu A1、Glu B1、Glu D1位点编码的亚基分别为1、N, 7+9、7+8和5+10、2+12,主要存在7种亚基组合类型。不同亚基及亚基组合类型在相同位点上仅存在1对等位基因差异,可以用其进行相同位点不同亚基及亚基组合对品质性状效应值的估算。High molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) from a population of recombinant inbred lines (RIL) of wheat were tested and analyzed, which included 131 lines obtained from a cross between Chuan 35 050 and Shannong 483 in this paper. The results showed that the HMW-GS of RIL-8 at Glu-A 1, Glu-B 1 and Glu-D 1 loci were 1, N, 7+8, 7+9 and 5+10, 2+12, respectively. There were seven main HMW subunit combinations types in different lines of RIL-8.The different subunits at the same locus were different only from one Glu-1 locus, so were the different subunit combinations. Thus, the different subunits at the same loci and different subunit combinations at different loci could be esfimafed their effects value on wheat quality traits.
