清炎颗粒的稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的考察清炎颗粒的稳定性。方法将清炎颗粒在37℃,相对湿度为75%的条件下保存3个月,考察样品中没食子酸含量、凤尾草薄层、颗粒性状和水分。结果贮存1,2,3个月后,与实验开始时比较,清炎颗粒的各项指标均无明显变化。结论清炎颗粒在37℃,相对湿度75%的条件下保存3个月,质量稳定。Objective To determine the stability of qingyan granules. Method Store qingyan granules for 3 monthes at the condition of 37℃ and of 75% relative humidity. Then check the content of gallinic acid,pteridis multifida poir TLC,and the outlook and moisture of qingyan granules at 0,1,2,3 monthes, respectively. Results The above items of qingyan granules had no obvious change. Conclusion Qingyan granules are stable for 3 monthes at the condition of 37℃ and of 75% relative humidity.
