临床护理人员运用新医疗法规状况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解目前护理人员的法律意识和法规运用能力,以及对管理部门采取的避免医疗纠纷措施的看法;帮助护理人员提高自我保护能力;督促管理部门加快完善制度,通过双方努力,最终避免医疗纠纷的发生。方法采用方便抽样的方法,自行设计问卷,对各级医院的142名临床护理人员进行调查。结果临床护理人员对法规的了解和运用能力受到自身素质和医院等级的影响。各级医院的护理人员对目前各医院管理部门采取的避免医疗纠纷措施的认可程度差异无统计学意义。结论护理人员提高自身素质,同时管理部门完善各项措施,建立全面支持系统,从而减少和避免医疗纠纷的发生。Objectives To determine the nurses' recognition and ability to use the new medical laws and regulations,as well as their opinions to the policies and measures taken by the management department to avoid medical disputes,in order to help the nurses to strengthen their self-protection abilities and to supervise the management department to consummate the policies as soon to avoid medical disputes.Method Using the method of convenient sampling,142 clinical nurses from different levels of hospitals were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire.Results The nurses' recognition and ability to use the new medical laws and regulations was influenced by their own diathesis and the levels of hospitals.There was no significant difference in the nurses' opinions to the policies and measures to avoid medical disputes in different levels of hospitals.Conclusion In order to avoid medical disputes,the nurses should improve their own diathesis,and at the same time,the management department need to consummate various measures to build up a complete support system.Author's address:Department of Cardiovascular Diseases,Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to the Second Medical University of Shanghai,Shanghai 200092,China
