摘　　要：从法律经济学视野看,农地使用权具有突出的产权和物权属性,以效率、效益等范畴来分析农地使用权制度实为法学界“份内之事”。我国目前的农地使用权制度缺乏对效率的关注,不利于资源合理配置,应以效率为核心来建构我国的农地使用权制度。From the point of view of economics of law, the rural land-use right has the clear characters of the real rights and the property rights. Analyzing the rural land-use right with the categories, such as efficiency, benefit, etc. is a thing that the law circles should do. Our country's present system of the rural land-use right lacks efficiency, and it is unfavorable to resource distribution, so we should regard efficiency as the core to build the system of the rural land-use right in our country.
