摘　　要：大学生心理健康是高职院校教育与管理工作中的重要内容,在学生成长成才中具有特殊的地位和作用。天津职业大学通过对新生进行心理健康状况的普查,发现学生中存在心理障碍的现状并加以分析、研究,由此引出教育管理方面的对策与建议。The mental state health of university student is the important link of education and management in college.And there is the special position and the function in student’s grow ups. From the widespread inquisition to the freshman’s mental state health , we found the mental state obstacle exsits in the students.It is value to studying with the research of the present condition and with the counterplan and suggestion in education management which is produce from the present condition.
