英谚汉译应注意的几个问题

摘　　要：谚语是一个民族语言的精华,又反映其民族的文化特征。了解和掌握尽量多的英语谚语无疑对学习英语语言文化大有裨益。该文着重探讨了英谚汉译过程中应注意的几个问题。The proverb is the quintessence of the language of a nation and it also reveals its cultural characteristics.It is no doubt that understanding and mastering more English proverbs do a great deal of good to the study of English language and culture.This paper mainly explores some aspects that should be paid attention to in the translation of English proverbs into Chinese.
