摘　　要：企业内部能力刚性与外部环境的动态不确定性影响或制约了企业发展战略的路径选择。在剖析其特征基础上,建立了企业发展战略路径选择矩阵,并提出了进一步的研究方向。The selection of the development strategy path of the enterprise is restricted by the inner competences rigidity and the dynamic environment.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the inner competences rigidity and the dy namic environment,establishes a matrix to select the development strategy path,p uts forward the further researth.
