摘　　要：主要介绍了一个空间环境信息系统(SpatialEnvironmentIntegratedInformationSystem, SEIIS)的设计和实现的核心技术。系统将面向对象的设计方法和GIS(GeographicInformationSystem)平台相結合,以对象和类为中心对环境目标的位置、环境质量数据及它们之间的关系进行描述,进而实现对环境信息的存储、更新、查询、显示、预测和治理分析等工作。In this paper, the main techniques of designing and implementation of a Spatial Environment Integrated Information System (SEIIS) are introduced.SEIIS integrates object oriented design method with Geographic Information System(GIS) platform, and designates objects and classes as the hub for describing the location of environment objects, environment quality data and their relationship. The tasks of storing, updating, inquiring, showing, forecasting and analyzing are also sustained with objects and classes.
