摘　　要：高校图书馆的主要任务是为学校的教学、科研服务,其特色文献资源的开发应紧紧围绕学校的性质、读者与培养目标展开。其基本思路是:以特色人才培养为导向,加强学科馆员制度建设;以整合馆藏资源为核心,成立特色文献开发部;以学科、专业建设为依据,优化专业馆藏的建设;以特色数据库建设为重点,加强特色信息的开发。参考文献8。The major goal of libraries in high schools is serving fo r the teaching and academic researches in the schools. Their special literature resources should closely spread out according the natures of the schools, the re aders and the targets of training. Its basic train of thought is: Take character istic pe rsonnel training as the direction, strengthen the discipline office-staff's ins t itutional improvement; Regarding combining resources in storage as the core, t he characteristic document development department is established; Based on disci pline, professional construction, optimize the construction of the specialty i n storage; Take characteristic database establishment as the focal point, streng then the development of characteristic information. 8 refs.
