摘 要:目的研究SO D模拟化合物(m odels ofsuperoxide dism utase,M SO D)对人肝癌细胞增殖的影响、细胞内外环境SO D活力和蛋白含量变化。方法采用离体培养的人肝癌细胞SSM C-7721细胞株,加入SO D模拟化合物。结果模拟化合物[M n(ED T B)(A C)(AC)]具有SO D酶的活性,并能通过SSM C-7721肝癌细胞膜进入细胞内,使细胞内SO D的活力上升,抑制肝癌细胞的增殖。结论M SO D可以改变肿瘤细胞内的氧化还原水平,此研究将对抗癌药物的研究具有重要意义。To detect its effect on the hepatoma cell's proliferation and changes of the SOD activity and the content of protein within cells and culture mediums. Mimics of SOD (MSOD) were added into human hepatoma SSMC-7721 cell lines. The results showed that this MSOD had activities of SOD and could penetrate the cells to increase the activity of intracellular SOD. And the increase of SOD activities might be one of the reasons why this drug could restrain proliferation of the hepatoma cell lines. [Conclusion] This research will offer important data for the drug to be used as anticancer medicine in future.
