油压脉冲式球囊扩张法对上消化道狭窄治疗的体会

摘　　要：目的评价油压脉冲式球囊扩张法对上消化道管腔狭窄的疗效。方法应用自制脉冲式压力器,哑铃型球囊,加强导丝及血管介入导丝,在X线导引下对109例上消化道狭窄患者进行了扩张术。结果显效82.6%(90/109)、有效12.8%(14/109)、无效4.6%(5/109)、总有效率95.4%(104/109)。结论油压脉冲式扩张法对上消化道恶性肿瘤切除术后管腔良性狭窄的疗效好,对术后癌复发或放射治疗后短期内所致的管腔狭窄疗效较差。该方法是一种简便易行、安全可靠、患者痛苦小且易接受的治疗方法。To evaluate the effete of treatment of stenosis in upper digestive tract by using oil-pumped and pulse bladder expanding. Balloon distention for 109 cases in upper digestiretract tract with X-ray location by using pulse press,dumb-bell bladder,interventional wire and so on. Rate of great effection 82.6% (90/109), rate of effection 12.8% (14/109), rate of ineffection rate of total effection 95.4% (104/109). [Conclusion] It`s better to treat postoperative benign luminal strenosis of tumor of upper digestive tract with oil-pumped and pulse bladder expanding, but poor on those cases that relapse after operation or radiotherapy. This method is simple, effective and safety which is easy to be accepted by patients.
