西酞普兰与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑症对照研究

摘　　要：目的比较西酞普兰与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效与不良反应。方法将87例广泛性焦虑患者随机分为研究组(西酞普兰治疗)43例和对照组(阿普唑仑治疗)44例进行对照治疗,疗程6w;两组均于疗前及治疗第1、2、4、6w末采用汉密顿焦虑量表、临床总体印象量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果对照组治疗第1w末与疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),研究组差异无显著性.两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗2w后,两组内与疗前比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),两组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗6w末研究组显效率65.1%,有效率88.4%;对照组显效率68.2%,有效率88.6%。副反应研究组较对照组少且轻。结论两组疗效相当,阿普唑仑较西酞普兰显效快,西酞普兰较阿普唑仑副反应少且轻。Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of citaloptam and alprazolam in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods 87 patients were randomly assigned to research (citaloptam, n=43) and control (alprazolam, n=44) groups respectively for 6 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were assessed by the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) ,Clinical Global Impression(CGI) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) before treatment and at the ends of the 1st ,2nd,4th and 6th week of treatment, respectively. Results At the end of 1st week, there was significant difference in the control group(P<0. 05), no difference in the research group compared to pre-treatment and significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0. 05). After 2 week treatment, there were significant differences of both the 2 groups compared to pre-treatment(P<0. 01) and no difference between the 2 groups(P>0. 05). At the end of 6th week, effectual rate was 65. 1% and effective 88. 4% in the research group, and 68. 2% and 88. 6% in the control group, respectively. Side effects were fewer and milder in the research than in the control group. Conclusion The 2 groups have equivalent curative effect, alprazolam takes effect faster than citaloptam does, and the latter has fewer and milder side effect than the former does.
