摘　　要：概括介绍了微生物酶资源的开发和应用进展,内容包括世界和我国工业酶制剂生产概况,开发酶制剂新品种的重要性和有利条件,快速开发具有应用价值新酶的途径,微生物酶的应用方式和应用领域以及130余种微生物来源的酶在实际中的应用简况。The development and application of microbial enzyme are presumptively introduced.The production situation of the world and domestic industries is concluded.The importance and practical conditions of new kinds in enzyme production, the fast way of new enzyme production,the application method and field and 120 kinds of present industrial microbial enzyme are briefly discussed.
