摘　　要：大学教育创新,是一个系统工程,涉及教育内外的多种因素。本文主要从大学系统内部探讨大学教育创新的条件。以审视大学教育的缺失为创新的突破口,对症下药,找准创新的基点和实质;大学精神尤其是批判、创新精神不仅是大学精神的精髓,而且是创新的基石和精神支柱;宏观上大学管理制度的创新、微观上大学学术制度的创新是大学教育创新的制度保证;国际视野和本土观念的有机融合是大学教育创新的源头活水。University education innovation is a systematic engineering, which involves various internal and external factors. The paper tries to look into its conditions from the internal factors. Starting with the absence of university education, the author finds a correct solution based upon the basic point and substance of innovation. Firstly, university spirit, especially the spirit of criticism and creation, is its key element, and is also the foundation and spiritual backbone of innovation. Secondly, the system guarantee of university education innovation depends upon the changes of university administration system macroscopically and upon the innovation of its academic system microcosmically. The organic combination of international vision and local conception is the resource of the university education innovation.
