摘　　要：实施人才强校,创新人才培养机制,重视重点实验室高层次人才培养工作,使该校重点实验室成为集聚高层次优秀人才的基地,推动了学校整体的科研,教学工作上台阶。This article introduced a series of measures how key lab becomes the base that can cultivate and gather high-level talents.These measures promote the scientific researche work of the whole school.
