摘　　要：研制了一种适用于仔猪副伤寒活疫苗生产的半合成培养基,解决了培养基质量不稳定的问题。选用几种营养成分配比,制成半合成培养基进行细菌培养并冻干,结果冻前菌数超过普通肉汤培养基,冻干存活率略低于普通肉汤培养基,安全性检验合格,证明该培养基替代现用培养基生产疫苗是可行的。In order to dissolve the instability of the culture medium during the production of paratyphus living vaccine for piglets, we developed a kind of semi-composed culture medium. Selecting different proportion of several components, the semi-composed culture medium was used to culture bacteria, and the bacteria was then lyophilized. Before lyophilization, the number of the bacteria cultured with semi-compsoed cultured medium was higher than that of the conventional culture medium, and the livability was a little lower than that of the conventional (cultured) medium after lyophiliastion. The safety assay of the vaccine was eligible. So the semi-composed culture medium could replace the conventional culture medium.
