摘　　要：目的　分析下颌骨恶性肿瘤的声像图特征 ,评价超声诊断价值。方法　对 14例下颌骨恶性肿瘤行超声检查 ,观察肿瘤的各项指标 ,包括大小、内部回声、境界、形态等 ,并用 CDFI观察肿瘤的血流信号。结果　下颌骨恶性肿瘤声像图多表现为 :内部以实质为主 ,常可见呈强回声光点 (团 )的类骨组织的存在 ;下颌骨骨质不同程度破坏 ;境界多不清 ;形态不规则 ;CDFI示肿瘤实质血流信号较丰富。结论　超声能较清晰地检出下颌骨恶性肿瘤 ,是较为有效的检查方法。超声对下颌骨恶性肿瘤的检查有其一定的价值和不足。Objective The purpose of this research was to analyze the ultrasonographic features of mandible malignant tumor and to evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of the tumors Methods Fourteen cases with mandible malignant tumor were carefully examined with ultrasonography We observed tumor sizes,inner echoes,boundaries,forms,CDFI etc.Results A great number of the mandible malignant tumors showed that the neoplasms were mainly solid;mandibles were destructed by tumors;boundaries were not clear;forms were irregular;CDFI showed that the blood stream signals of the substantial component of the tumors were plentiful Conclusions Ultrasonography can demonstrate and detect the tumors distinctly and it is an effective diagnostic way for the malignant tumors in the mandible with some advantages and disadvantages
