正常眼压性青光眼患者与正常人肾素血管紧张素水平的比较性研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨正常眼压性青光眼患者是否存在肾素、血管紧张素水平的异常。设计　前瞻性病例对照研究。研究对象　11例正常眼压性青光眼患者和11名正常人。方法　用放射免疫法测定正常眼压性青光眼患者和正常人的血浆肾素、血管紧张素水平。主要指标　血浆肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度。结果　正常眼压性青光眼患者和正常人的血浆肾素水平分别为(76 9 0 85±183 2 17)pg/ml/n ,(82 2 0 35±12 4 14 0 ) pg/ml/n ,血管紧张素水平分别为(37 347±10 6 6 9) pg/ml,(2 4 836±10 6 6 5 ) pg/ml,均无明显统计学差异。结论　正常眼压性青光眼患者的血浆肾素、血管紧张素水平无明显异常。Objective To investigate the levels of Renin-angiotension system (RAS) components in normal tension glaucoma (NTG) patients and normal controls.Design Prospective case-control study.Participants NTG patients (11 cases) and normal controls (11 cases).Methods The levels of renin and angiotensin AⅡ of 11 NTG patients and normal controls were examined by radio-immunity test.Main Outcome Measures The levels of renin and angiotensin AⅡin blood.Results The level of renin of NTG patients and normal controls were 769.085±183.217pgmln and 822.035±124.140 pgmln respectively,while the level of angiotensin AⅡof NTG patients and normal controls were 37.347±10.669pgml and 24.836±10.665pgml respectively.Conclusion The differences of the levels of renin and angiotensin among NTG patients and normal controls are not statistically significant.
