摘  要:目的:探讨中国居民饮食因素与胃癌发生的关系。方法:采用Meta分析方法,对中国1 994~2 0 0 3年关于饮食因素与胃癌关系的3 0篇研究文献进行综合定量分析。累计病例61 2 5例,对照1 3 0 5 8例。结果:各因素合并比值比(OR)及95 % CI分别为:三餐不定时2 .84(2 .0 5~3 .93 )、不吃早餐5 .3 6(2 .60~1 1 .0 2 )、进食速度快1 .81 (1 .43~2 .3 0 )、生闷气后吃饭2 .70 (1 .3 7~5 .3 5 )、饮用水不洁2 .40 (1 .78~3 .2 3 )、口味偏咸1 .75 (1 .5 4~1 .99)、喜烫食2 .1 6(1 .74~2 .68)、喜干硬食2 .62 (2 .0 2~3 .40 )、腌晒盐渍食物2 .0 9(1 .76~2 .47)、新鲜蔬菜0 .5 1 (0 .45~0 .5 8)、豆类及豆制品0 .66(0 .5 8~0 .75 )、葱蒜类0 .3 4(0 .2 2~0 .5 0 )。结论:目前影响中国居民胃癌发生的主要饮食因素为三餐不定时、不吃早餐、进食速度快、生闷气后吃饭、饮用水不洁、口味偏咸、喜烫食、干硬食、腌晒盐渍食物及新鲜蔬菜、豆类及豆制品和葱蒜摄入量。Objective: To explore the relationship between the dietary factors and gastric cancer among people in China. Methods: The results of 30 epidemiological studies on the dietary factors of gastric cancer from 1994 to 2003 were analyzed by Meta-analysis method in this study. The cumulative cases and controls were 6125 and 13058, respectively. Results: The pooled odds ratio(OR) values (95%CI) of different factors were as follows respectively: irregular diet 2.84(2.05~3.93), no breakfast 5.36(2.60~11.20), eating fast 1.81(1.43~2.30), eating after anger 2.70(1.37~5.35), unclean water 2.40(1.78~3.23), salty taste 1.75(1.54~1.99), hot foods 2.16(1.74~2.68), dry and hard foods 2.62(2.02~3.40), salted and plckled foods 2.09(1.76~2.47), fresh vegetables 0.51(0.45~0.58), beans and bean products 0.66(0.58~0.75), onion and garlic 0.34(0.22~0.50), respectively. Conclusion: The main dietary factors influencing the incidence of gastric cancer among people in China were irregular diet, no breakfast, eating fast, eating after anger, unclean water, salty taste, hot foods, dry and hard foods, salted and pickled foods, intake of fresh vegetables, beans and bean products, onion and garlic.
