摘　　要：目的　研究 3个批号的治疗用马抗SARS CoV免疫球蛋白在体外对SARS CoV的抑制作用。方法　确定SARS CoVBJ 0 1株毒力后 ,采用MTT法确定药物对Vero E6细胞的毒性。将一定量的SARS CoVBJ 0 1株病毒液加入培养好的Vero E6细胞中 ,置 37℃ ,5 %CO2 孵箱中培养不同时间后加入以最大无毒浓度开始的不同浓度的药物继续培养 ,采用MTT法检测药物对病毒的抑制作用。结果　 3个批号的治疗用马抗SARS CoV免疫球蛋白不同时间点的治疗指数 (TI) :2h组 >6h组 >1 2h组 >2 4h组 ;2 0 0 30 7批 >2 0 0 30 6批 >2 0 0 30 8批。结论　治疗用马抗SARS CoV免疫球蛋白在体外均有抗SARS CoV作用 ,其中 2 0 0 30 7批的抗病毒效果最好 ,为其用于SARS治疗提供了实验依据。Objective To observe the anti-SARS-CoV effect of remedial horse anti-SARS-CoV immunoglobulin in vitro. Methods The TCID 50 of SARS-CoV strain BJ-01 and the cytotoxicity of the drugs were evaluated by MTT colorimetry. SARS-CoV strain BJ-01 were added on confluent layers of Vero-E6 cells in 96-well microplates, which were incubated at 37℃ in 5% CO 2 incubator for different hours. The different concentrations of these drugs were added then. The antiviral activity of these drugs were studied by MTT colorimetry. Results Treatment indexes (TI) of these three batches of remedial anti-SARS-CoV immunoglobulins were shown: No.200307>No.200306>No.200308; group of 2 h> group of 6 h> group of 12 h> group of 24 h. Conclusion Remedial horse anti-SARS-CoV immunoglobulin has anti-SARS-CoV activity in vitro. The remedial horse anti-SARS-CoV immunoglobulin of No.200307 have the best antiviral activity of them. This study has provided the experimental evidences for the clinical use of antiviral treatment in the SARS-CoV infection.
