摘　　要：郁氏为沪上望族,清代中叶以经营沙船业起家。以郁氏家族为个案,从地域迁徙、职业更替、婚姻圈变化到财富的聚散,反映出前近代中国社会本身具有一定的流动性,表现出相当的活力。郁氏家族作为通商开埠前后上海著名的经商家族,对当地社会有着多方面的影响。郁家在上海开埠前后的变化,是研究传统向近代社会演变的一个很好视角。A distinguished family in Shanghai, Yu family rose by dealing in large junks. Its migration, vocational change, marriage circle as well as wealth gathering and declining reflected fluidity of society. The change of Yu family before and after the opening of commercial ports presented a good prospective on studying China's transformation from a traditional society to a modern one.
