重组人白细胞介素-11对肺癌患者化疗后血小板的影响

摘　　要：目的研究重组人白细胞介素11(recombinanthumaninterleukin11,rhIL11)对肺癌患者化疗后血小板计数和平均血小板体积的影响。方法将58例肺癌化疗后出现血小板降低患者(<50×109L-1)分成两组,实验组40例,每天皮下注射rhIL113mg,连续7d;对照组18例,为空白对照组。每周观察rhIL11对血小板计数的影响,连续3周。结果实验组放疗后血小板计数和平均血小板体积分别降至(43.00±13.21)×109L-1和9.43±1.88fL,对照组为(46.45±12.44)×109L-1和8.69±1.63fL,rhIL11开始使用后1周,实验组平均血小板体积上升至正常(10.84±2.32fL),2周后血小板计数上升至正常水平[(110.87±53.28)×109L-1]。与对照组比较,rhIL11可明显提高肺癌化疗后患者血小板计数;rhIL11对白细胞计数和血红蛋白浓度没有明显影响。结论rhIL11可促进肺癌化疗患者血小板恢复。OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of recombinant human interleukin-11 (rhIL-11) on platelet after chemotherapy of lung cancer. METHODS: Fifty-eight lung cancer patients who accepted chemotherapy and platelet was decreased to 50×109L^-1 were divided into 2 groups. Forty-eight accepted rhIL-11 therapy served as experiment group, 3 mg hyodermic for 7 days. Eighteen served as a blank control group. Platelet number was counted every week for 3 times. RESULTS: Chemotherapy could decrease platelet number and mean platelet volume. The platelet number and mean platelet volume decreased to (43.00±13.21)×109L^-1 and 9.43±1.88 fL in experiment group, (46.45±12.44)×109L^-1 and 8.69±1.63 fL in control group. One week after rhIL-11 therapy, mean platelet volume was increased to normal level (10.84±2.32 fL). Two weeks after rhIL-11 therapy, platelet number was increased to normal level [(110.87±53.28)×109L^-1 ]. Compare with control group, rhIL-11 could significantly increased platelet number. rhIL-11 has no effect on white blood cell number and hemoglobin. CONCLUSION: rhIL-11 could increase platelet number after chemotherapy of lung cancer.
