鼻咽癌组织中CD和CB的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨组织蛋白酶D(cathepsin D,CD)和组织蛋白酶B(cathepsin B,CB)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达、分布情况。方法:应用SP 法对石蜡包埋的50余例(CD为55 例,CB为57 例)鼻咽癌标本和30 例慢性鼻咽炎(对照组)标本进行检测。结果:1)鼻咽癌组织中CD、CB阳性表达率分别为89. 1% ( 49/55 ) 和100 .0%(57/57 ),显著高于对照组[分别为40 0%(12/30)和86. 7% ( 26/30 )],P< 0 .01。2 )在TNMⅠ~Ⅱ期和TNMⅢ~Ⅳ期鼻咽癌组织中,CD阳性表达率分别为100 0%(16/16)和84 6%(33/39),P=0 165;在无颈部淋巴结转移组和有颈部淋巴结转移组分别为95. 7% (22/23)和84 4%(27/32),P>0. 05;CD及CB阳性表达级别(分+和++^++++两组)与TNM分期及有无颈部淋巴结转移差异均无统计学意义,均为P>0 .05。结论:CD和CB在鼻咽癌组织中有高表达率,它可能在鼻咽癌扩散中起一定作用。OBJECTIVE:To explore the expression and distribution of cathepsin D and cathepsin B in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). METHODS:Over 50 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma as the experimental group and 30 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis (CN) as the control group were examined with SP immunohistochemistry. RESULTS:1)The positive expression rates of CD,CB in NPC[89.1% (49/55) and 100.0%(57/57) respectively ] were significantly higher than those in CN[40.0%( 12/30) and 86.7%(26/30)],P<0.01.2)In NPC, the positive expression rates of CD in TNM Ⅰ-Ⅱ and TNM Ⅲ-Ⅳ were 100.0%(16/16) and 84.6%(33/39) respectively,P=0.165;in group without cervical lymph node metastasis and group with cervical lymph node metastasis they were 95.7%(22/23) and 84.4%( 27/32) respectively,P>0.05. The possive expression grades of CD,CB(was divided groups + and ++-++++) showed no significant correlation with TNM phase and lymph node metastasis.CONCLUSIONS:Both CD and CB have high positive expression rates in NPC,and they may play certain roles in the spread of NPC.
