摘　　要：针对发展中小企业的国际浪潮,分析了新形势下宁波民营中小企业快速发展的契机,探讨了体制、区域竞争、企业竞争合作等深层次问题,针对突出问题对宁波民营中小企业与区域经济发展提出了政策建议及战略措施。This article analyzes the opportunities for the rapid development of Ningbo small and medium-sized private businesses and issues of system, regional competition and collaboration among enterprises. Along with the analysis, it puts forward strategic proposals for the development of such enterprises and regional economy.
