摘 要:目的 验证不同浓度的防腐剂对几种常用液体制剂的防腐效果。方法 将5种微生物接种在含不同防腐剂、或不同浓度的同一种防腐剂的不同液体制剂中,30min及10d后进行卫生学检查。结果 pH值在8 5以上的液体制剂几乎没有微生物生长;在不含防腐剂的液体制剂中,大肠杆菌不生长,金黄色葡萄球菌和霉菌部分生长,枯草芽胞杆菌和酵母菌普遍生长。结论 防腐的目的应侧重在抑制枯草芽胞杆菌和酵母菌的生长,而对这两种微生物作用较强的防腐剂依次为醋酸冼必泰>山梨酸>苯甲酸。Objective To test the antiseptic effect of antiseptics in different commonly used liquid preparations.Method We planted five kinds of microorganism in different antiseptics or the same antiseptic of different concentration. After 30 min and 10d respectively hygienic inspection was applied. Results There were almost no living microorganism in the liquid preparation which pH level was over 8.5 while in those without any antiseptic colonbacilli didn't grow, some of staphylococcus aurous and fungi grew bacillus subtilis and yeast saccharomycete commonly grew. Conclusion In order to get antiseptic effect,bacillus subtilis and yeast saccharomycete should be prevented from growing. Effect of the three antiseptics on the two microorganisms was lined from stronger to weaker as follows:acetas chlorhexidine >acidum sorbicnm> benzoic acid.
