β－环糊精包结通宣理肺胶囊中紫苏叶挥发油的研究

摘　　要：以β－环糊精对通宣理肺胶囊中紫苏叶挥发油进行了包结，对包结物的质量、包结前后挥发油的性质进行了分析，并用正交设计法探索了制备包结物的最佳工艺条件，即：油与β－环糊精之比为１：８（ｍｌ：ｇ），搅拌速度为１００ｒ／ｍｉｎ，包结时间为４ｈ，包结温度为３０℃。还对包结物在胶囊剂中的稳定性进行了对比研究，结果表明，包结工艺能更有效地保存挥发油有效成分。In this experiment,the inclusion compound of β-cyclodextrin was prepared with the volatile oil of Folium Perillae. Then the quality of inclusion compound,characters of volatile oil before and after being included were analyzed.The optimum preparation conditions were established by the orthogonal design:a proportion of 1 :8 (ml:g) for oil to β-cyclodextrin,stirring rate at 100round/min,including for 4hrs,and inclusion temperature at 30℃.Also the stability of inclusion compound in capsule was studied comparatively,As a result,the inclusion process can more effectively protect the active components of volatile oil.
