摘　　要：通过对中国社会转型期洗钱的上游犯罪的数据分析,剖析了洗钱上游犯罪的特征及发展趋势;This paper provides an analysis on the characteristics and trends in the upper stream of money wash crime in China by using the relevant data.The analysis derives a theory of magnet field and effects in the money wash crime.
