摘  要:完整性概念与高校教育的标准化管理, 注重培养个体荣誉感和集体荣誉感, 增强教职工的集体凝聚力、事业心和成就感; 心理账户与高校教育管理的激励机制, 侧重从团体活动、集体荣誉、鼓励与表彰、培养与选拔等方面为教师创造良好的生存和发展空间, 以激发其工作热情和创造精神;幸福最大化原则与高校教育管理环境的优化, 重在创设优厚的人文关怀福利、营造优美的工作生活环境、提供优质的教育教学管理、拓展优良的个人发展空间。This paper expounds the integrated conception and the educational standard management in colleges and universities. Attention should be paid to foster individual and collective sense of honor, and to enhance the collective cohesive force, dedication and sense of achievement. The paper states the ideological accounting and the instigative system in the educational management of colleges and universities. Emphasis should also be paid to the aspects of collective activities, collective honor, encouragement and praise, cultivation and selection so as to create an excellent existing and developing space for the faculties with a regard to stimulate the work vehement and initiative spirit of the faculties. This paper holds that the maximum principle of happiness and the beautification of the university’s educational environment lie in the building up of the anthropological care and allowances, setting up attractive work and living surroundings, and providing high quality of educational management and widening a unique room for the individual development.
