摘　　要：采用放免法测定４０例脑出血性中风和２０例缺血性中风患者血清超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）水平，并随访病期动态改变，与健康对照组进行对比，发现无论是出血性或缺血性中风组均与对照组存在显著差别，并与临床预后密切相关。Abstract The serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels were determined by radioimmunoassay in 40 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 20 patients with cerebral infarction. Dynamic changes of SOD were observed during sickness and compared with health control group.We found that contents of SOD, both in hemorragic and ischemic group, were remarkably increased, and closely related with clinical prognosis.
