摘　　要：利用高效液相色谱配合紫外检测器测定蜂蜜中双甲脒残留。前处理包括正己烷、异丙醇、氨水液萃取,经过C18色谱柱分离富集,在波长289nm处进行检测。试验证明,该方法样品处理简单、快速,分离效果好,检测下限为0.0015mg/kg,定量下限为0.005mg/kg,,回收率达到93.3～98.0%。可适用于蜂蜜中双甲脒残留量的定量检测。A method for determination of amitraz residue in honey by using HPLC-UV was developed. The pre-treatment procedure includes the Liquid-Liquid extraction with hexane, and ammonia. Chromatographic separation on C18 column was achieved coupled with 289nm as detecting wavelength. The limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 0.0005mg/Kg and limit of detection (LOQ) was 0.005mg/kg. The recovery was in the range of 93.8-98.5%. It was proved to be a quick, efficient and simple method.
