摘 要:目的 观察高强度聚焦超声治疗中腹腔、盆腔恶性肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法 应用FEP BY0 1肿瘤热疗机对靶组织进行超高温(70~10 0℃)热疗,并将恶性肿瘤分为空腔脏器肿瘤和非空腔脏器肿瘤两组进行HiFu疗效统计。结果 空腔脏器肿瘤5 7例,获CR 31.6 % (18/ 5 7) ,PR 5 6 .1% (32 / 5 7) ,NC 12 .3% (7/ 5 7) ;非空腔脏器恶性肿瘤99例,显效率2 6 .2 % (2 6 / 99) ,有效率6 2 .6 % (6 2 / 99) ,无效率11.2 % (11/ 99)。所有患者未发生皮肤烫伤并发症。结论 HiFu作为一种新型局部治疗技术对腹、盆腔进展期恶性肿瘤疗效肯定,且安全。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety o f HiFu (High Intensity Focused Ultrasoun d,HiFu) treatment for patients with adva nced abdominal and pelvic solid tumors.Methods The patients were divided into hollow visceral tumor group and non-hollow visceral tumor group,and all the target tumors were treated at s uper hight temperature (70℃ to 100℃) wit h the newly developed FEP-BY01 pyrothera pier.Results Within the 57 case s with hollow visceral tumor,CR was 31.6 %,(PR was 56.1% and NC was 12.3%;99 case s with non-hollow visceral tumor showed effectual rate of 26.2%,effective rate o f 62.6% and ineffective rate of 11.2%.No skin burn and pain occurred during the treatment for all patients.Conclusions As a new local treatment technique with no invasive ad vantage,HiFu can be used to treat advanc ed abdominal and pelvic malignant tumors effectively and safely.
