摘　　要：目的　探讨室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤(SEGA)的临床病理特征、免疫组化表达及其鉴别诊断。方法　分析两例室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤的临床特点,和常规HE染色及IHC表达特点。结果　SEGA好发于青年,临床表现为癫痫和侧脑室壁占位。该瘤由分化良好的巨细胞星形细胞和小胶质细胞构成。IHC显示肿瘤细胞表达GFAP、Vim、S 10 0、Syn。结论　室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤是一种较少见的良性肿瘤,诊断时应排除节细胞胶质瘤、神经节细胞瘤、肥胖细胞型星形细胞瘤和巨细胞型胶质母细胞瘤等。Objective To study the clinicopathological and immuno histochemical characteristc and the diff erential diagnosis of subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (SEGA).Methods Clinic pathologica l study,hematoxylin-eosin and immunohist ochemical stam were given to 2 cases of SEGA.Results SEGA typically occ urred during the first two decades of li fe,and was composed of subependymal astr ocytoma with well differentiated and sma ll gliacytes?Immunohistochemistry showed GFAP,Vim,S-100 and Syn positive.Conclusions SEGA is a sing ularly-found benign tumor which is in tu berous sclerosis complex;and it whould b e differentiated from ganglioglioma,gang liocytoma,gencistocytic astrocytoma and giant cell glioblastoma.
