青光眼视神经萎缩电针治疗的统计学分析

摘　　要：目的:观察电针对青光眼视神经萎缩患者视功能的作用。方法:对64例(96只眼),青光眼视神经萎缩患者进行电针治疗。针刺穴位:百会、风池、球后太阳、睛明、合谷、行间等。治疗前后分别进行视力、视野、视觉电生理记录。结果:96只眼中视力好转74只眼(77.08%,P<0.005);视野的平均光敏度增(P<0.05);P-VEP中P100波潜伏期缩短(P<0.05),N135波振幅增加(P<0.05),F-VEP中N3、N4波的潜伏期均缩短(P<0.05)。结论:针刺可以增强青光眼视神经萎缩患者的视功能。Objective: To observe the effects of electric acupuncture in treatment of patients with optic atrophy resulting form glaucoma. Methods: Sixty four patients (96 eyes) with optic atrophy resulting from glaucoma were treated with electric acupuncture. The main outpoints were barhui(百会)、fengchi(风池)、qiuhou(球后)、tai yang(太阳) jingming(睛明)、hegu(合谷)、xingjian(行间)and so on. The visual acuity, visualized and electrophysiology were compared, before and after the treatment. Results: The visual acuidity of seventy-four eyes (77.08%) of ninty-sixeyes were improved ( P <0.005); the average sensitivity improved ( P <0.05); the p100's delitescent of P-VEP decreased( P <0.05), the N135'S delitescent of F-VEP decreased( P <0.05); The N3 and N4'S amplitude of P-VEP increased ( P <0.05); The N3 and N4'S delitescent of F-VEP decreased ( P <0.05). Conclusions: The electric acupuncture can improved visual ability of the optic atrophy resulting from glaucoma.
