几种HA义眼座植入方法的比较及义眼片安装效果分析

摘　　要：目的　对3种活动羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术进行对比,总结临床经验及眼片制作安装的注意事项。方法　回顾89例活动羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术患者,对其手术效果,并发症,手术及眼片制作安装注意事项进行总结。结果　84例最终手术效果让医生及患者满意,并发症包括义眼座暴露14例,球结膜变薄5例,结膜囊瘢痕肉芽肿1例,义眼座移位4例,义眼座下垂下睑外翻1例。结论　羟基磷灰石义眼座植入及义眼片的安装应该注意个体化。Objective To compare three ways of hydroxypatite orbital implant for concludingtheir advantages and shortages, summarize the clinical experience of hydroxypatite orbital implantand attentions ready for ocular prosthesis .Methods A total of cases receiving the HA orbital implants were reviewed and follow up from three monthes to two years. The results, complication of hydroxypatite orbital implant and attentions ready for ocular prosthesis were observed.Results The result of 84 was satisfied by both doctor and patient, 14 of 89 had implant exposure,4 cases of implant maIposition, 5 cases of conjunctival thinning,1 case implant maIposition associated with ectropion,1 cases of keloid in conjunctival sac.Conclusion Individuation should be obeyed as the operation be carried and ocular prosthesis be made. Careful operating and explain attentions to patients can reduce all kinds of complication.
