摘　　要：本文通过查阅大量国内外有关跳远技术方面的文献资料,从跳远助跑、起跳两个较为重要的环节入手,系 统的整理和分析了国内外跳远技术研究的现状及其研究成果,为教练员从事跳远技术的训练工作提供一定的理论 指导。By review of a great deal of literature regarding researches of skills in long jump at home and abroad, starting from run-up speed and take-off techniques,the two major aspects in long jump,the authors of this paper try to summarize and analyze systematically the current status of researches for the modern skills in long jump and the relative research results at home and abroad so as to provide some theoretical guidance for the coaches who are engaged in the work of skills training in long jump.
