摘　　要：　基于Web的网络教学平台的设计和实现技术,提供了完整的网络教学环境,学生可通过网络完成整个学习过程,包括上课学习、交流讨论、交作业和考试等一系列学习活动;教师可以方便地在网上授课、管理学生、交流信息和考核学生。On the basis of present development and requirements of network teaching,this article is intended to introduce a design and realization technology of a network teaching platform based on Web. This platform provides a network teaching environment for both students and teachers. Through the network,students can perform a series of learning activities like attending class,discussion,handing in homework and taking examinations,while teachers can conduct teaching,managing students,exchanging information and examining students conveniently.
