湖南省高新技术产业集群分析

摘　　要：运用高新技术产业集群的基本理论,分析了湖南省高新技术产业的发展现状,发现湖南省高新技术产业集群具有三个特征:一是产业的空间集聚性和外部经济效应较强,但创新能力较弱;二是产业专业化较为显著,产业集聚优势初现;三是优势产业链初步形成,产业关联性较强。最后,就如何加速实现湖南高新技术产业集群提出了一些建议。Based on the theory of high - technology industrial clusters, this paper analyses development status quo and characters of the high - tech industrial clusters in Hunan province. There are three obvious characters: the industry's spatial convergency and external economic effect is rather strong, whereas its'innovation ability is relatively poor, the industry's specification is rather obvious and the industrial cluster's advantage appears, the dominance industrial chain formed assumably and the industrial relationship is rather strong. The paper points out also subject problems existing at present in high - technology industry and gives advice on how to accelerate development of the industrial clusters in Hunan Province: firstly, the control of government should be combined with marketing; secondly, to perfect the cooperation mechanism of 'produce -study - research' to form the system of innovation networks; thirdly, to make full use of the agencies to improve the environment of industry; and finally, to accelerat the speed of financing to perfect the system of venture capital.
