摘 要:从运动学和几何学原理出发,对复杂的电火花磨削运动进行了分析,对电极上任意点相对于工件的运动轨迹进行了计算,并编制了相应的计算机动态仿真与轨迹模拟软件,以图形的形式显示了运动轨迹曲线,为进一步分析轨迹类型、提高加工效率、改善加工质量提供了理论依据。研究结果表明,在一定范围内,适当提高卡具的转速会降低工件加工后的平面度误差。The computer simulation technology has been employed in many fields such as mechanical engineering, automatic control engineering and so on. In this paper, on the basis of kinematics and geometry principle, the complicated process of electrical discharge grinding(EDG) process was analyzed. The relative movement path of random point on the electrode against part was calculated. The computer simulation software was developed and the path curve has been figured by using Visual Basic language. All these have established a theoretical foundation for the further study of path curves, enhancing the processing efficiency and improving the processing quality. The result shows that the increase of the fixture rotation speed can leads to lower flatness error of machined part.
