摘　　要：知识经济时代是高科技激烈竞争的时代,优秀的情感智力是成功的重要前提和重要方面.情感智力是知识经济时代高校教师必备的素质.本文首先阐明情感智力的内涵,在对当前我国医学院校教师情感智力现状分析的基础上,提出对策性建议.The age of knowledge economy is a period of fierce competition of high-technology. Excellent emotional intelligence is the important precondition and aspect of success. Emotional intelligence is the requisite quality that high school teachers should possess in the present times. The paper first elaborates the meaning of emotional intelligence, and then suggests countermeasures based on the analysis of the present situation of medical teachers' emotional intelligence in our country.
